Just to let everyone know who's who and where to go with a problem. To begin with, Sherrilyn Kenyon doesn't run the bbs and isn't here on a daily basis. She does pop in whenever she can, but at the end of the day the bbs is run by Carl who is a professional admin. He is the head honcho on this site and has final say in everything. If you have a problem with any of the members or moderators you can go to me or Otto (but only if your complaint is against me LOL).
Second in command would be Otto. He moderates over here as much as time allows and like me, all forums are under his jurisdiction. If you have a problem with anything email or PM Otto first and I'm the back up.
Alex is our Johnny on the Spot and can answer most questions. Don’t hesitate to email with a problem or a need. Alex will always be right there.
Then there’s FJudy who is our junior moderator. She helps keep an eye on the posts and who reports problems to Otto or me.
Moving down the list is Kim who is Sherri’s personal assistant. She answers some of her email and answers all of the snail mail.
Next is Evyl Ed who is another programmer who helps monitor the site.
Lastly there's Simi our official greeter. Be nice to her or she'll get her bbq sauce and then it gets ugly.
We each have our own sections at the bottom of the bbs where you can ask questions. if you have a complaint, we ask that you either PM or email us privately so that we can deal with it behind the scenes and not trouble the rest of the membership. We listen and do take action on any and all complaints. Everyone here matters to us and is a valuable asset to this community.
There is a report this message button attached to every post that we recommend you use should you have a problem with any post or user on the site, even the moderators.
The moderators role here is simple: to keep the peace and answer questions, and to make sure that the rules are followed. We don't post much and we prefer to stay in the background.
Just to be clear and so there's no confusion, the official chain of command looks like this:
Archwisp: Sr Admin (report bbs technical problems ONLY to him)
Carl: Chief Mod
Otto: Jr Admin and Asst Mod
